Am feeling depressed, confused and incomplete today. My husband and i had been arguing for 1 week, last friday i was ready for a divorce but when i reached home that day after work he told me he don't want us to separate because of our 2year old. However everything is distant. its been almost 3months since we had sex, but am missing it because we used to feel close to each other.

When i reached home the day before after pounding over it i told him that we don't need to be together because of a child. We will be unhappy like this and its not right for our son because he deserves a happy family. His answer is still the same that we won't separate because our son needs both mom and dad. There is a slight change in his behaviour since.

It sounds like you could use a marriage counselor to open the lines of communication. Consistently fighting and going missing for days after a fight is going to affect your son negatively and ruin "staying together for your son". I would contact a therapist and plan to go yourself, regardless if he agrees to go with you. You could learn alot on how to handle your marriage without him there, and maybe if he hears that you're learning how to fix the problems, he may warm up to the idea. Can you say what you were arguing about? it might help to know what types of things you are butting heads about. Have you tried to be intimate with him, and has he refused you? It seems that he needs to feel closer to you too, in order for you to become intimate again. So more information would help.

we used to argue a lot.. money/time etc and sex had become rare. Last time i had asked him he completely refused. And then he was chatting with a female on fb. I've posted about it on another community. They were friends and i was ok with it until i saw msgs that they wanted to meet. Long story short.. we ended into a big fight and he left home. He returned 3 days after and when he told me that he won't stop to communicate with that female i had asked for divorce and then he said no because of our son.
