how to talk to your husband about wanting to have a baby?

Hello. I'm 35 years old and my husband arena I we don't have any kids. I want a baby really bad because I am getting older. But my husband and I are a little rocky on our marriage, we are working on it but things are moving very slow. How do I talk to him about wanting to have a baby? Or is that putting too much pressure? Should I wait a little longer until we are solid good? Thank you ladies!

Work on your marital problems and present the idea of having a baby when the relationship is solid.

A bit. But you still have time. My coworker is 42 and this is her first pregnancy. She is now full term. She and the baby are very healthy.

hi I'm 35 and they're telling me that due to my age that is harder to get pregnant and have healthy babies so it's best to do it now

I know so many couples that have trouble in their marriage, it gets a little better, they have a kid during that small window of calm in their marriage, and then it blows up. And kids usually make a marriage harder. However, I do know one or two couples in which having a baby actually matured their relationship and it made things better. But 35 is not that old. You still have time.

I would wait not only because of his possible response but because children make marriage harder so it's not wise to bring them into an already stressed situation. You want to be loved, supported, and to enjoy pregnancy so try to wait until things get better and you & baby can be stress free and not have to worry about the state of your marriage.
