i suffer with anxiety and depression, i found out last night that my 2 daughters when they were younger have been absussed by there step father, he never touche them phicically  but made them do stuff, and went in my daughters room and went to pull her trousers down thinking she was asleep but she turned over and he walked out, i feel so sick, and cant calm myself down, i never thought he would be like this, i have been with him for 16 years, and always been happy, i dont know what to do

So he was abusing them when they were in their late 20's or 30's?

You can't fully blame yourself for not knowing about that,  Jess.  At that age,  they're kind of responsible for telling you what was going on.  It's not like you failed to protect a 4 year old.  He made unwanted sexual advances on adults.

I don't blame you at all for kicking him out,  but this isn't nearly as grave as a man molesting helpless children.

hi, yes i have spoken to someone, i told him to leave so he is no longer living with me, my kids are in there 40,s now, so was very hard finding out this after all this time, just glad hes out of my life now
