total hystorectomy and sex

About 10 years ago I had to have a total hystorectomy. Desire and orgasm were always easy for me and remained that way for several years. Over the past 5 years however, it my sensitivity to stimulation is dropping a lot. I take .625 premarin daily, but no progesterone or testerone. I would like to regain my responsiveness. What might work for me.
