ugh

My fiancé and I are living at home with his parents... I feel like when I have my baby my mother in law in going to try to take over and take care of my baby.. I know that all she is trying to do is help and that this is my first but I know what to do plus I don't want someone else trying to raise MY child..

How should you tell him?  He should really be already or you two should already be looking for a place of your own being you are engaged with a baby on the way.

Tell him you want and need a place of your own for privacy as you feel you have none now.  Point out.

Don't get into criticizing his mother or his parents.

Move out. You're right that she is going to take over and you'll be sitting on the sidelines. Get out of there as soon as possible.

Probably should get your own place.

I agree with above that maybe it is best if you have your own place.  That would help out with this a lot.

I felt like my mom would do the same thing so my bf and i got our own place. Can u afford to move out? But honestly when u have the baby u will appreciate the help. Literally at first he woke up every 2 hours. 4 hours of sleep is the most i get consecutively. U might want thw help so u can sleep once in a while.
