broken limbs

My pacman frog jumped out of my hand about 3 ft from the ground and landed on blacktop he is alive but something is wrong with his front left arm. So he is having problems hopping around and I would like to know when does a pacman frog limbs recover cause it looks like it is broken. And when the limb is broken does it stay in its same place when it heals and will he still have hopping problems or we he be as good as new please help me with a pacman frog
