After a cough of 3 mo., mod. s.o.b. and increased coughing with wheezing .... this is a sudden onset at age 70 with no prior problems. Some seasonal allergy for years not requiring medication or treatment. Prescribed Advair, Duo Neb via nebulizer every 4-6 hr
Singular, 6 day dose pack Methyl Prednisilone. Some imp. in breathing but not coughing. Very little if any relief from Neb.Rx. Consultation with Asthma/Allergy OR Pulmonary specialist ???

This could be from an infection either in the lungs or sinuses.  I would suggest starting with the pulmonologist to see if the cause can easily be determined.
