I am not sure as what specific symptoms, I grow out pseudomonas on a regular basis in my lungs. I do notice a distinct smell however...kind of like rotting grapes, fruity and sour. Are your secretions green? Pseudo usually yields green junk. The best way to tell if it really is pseudomonas is to get a culture of your sinuses though. If it is, there are meds that can help you, one is oral antibiotics. More stubborn infections might involve nebulized tobramycin via the nostrils.
I would talk to your ENT about your symptoms so that he or she can run appropriate tests.
I hope this helps, Sunny
