10 year chronic cough

Have had a productive chronic cough for around 10 years, have been doctoring for it the last two years with every test under the sun with no help. My cough is sometimes green and I especially have tons of mucous in the mornings. I was tested for allergies and only came up with allergic to fungus or mold. The only test I haven't had is a bronchiascope and sputum sample taken. Could I have fungus in my lungs?
