2 bilateral lung nodules

Please help. I had a ct scan. I have a 4 mm nodule in lower left lobe and. 5 mm in lower right. I have read that bilateral multiple nodules are likely to be mets but I have no symptoms of a primary elsewhere. I have no fatigue or weight loss. I am 42 and a smoker. I have a rescan in 4 months and I am very worried.
