I am a 55yo femaleCondoms Female condoms Female sexual dysfunction smoker-2ppdx25 yrs. Developed resp infection in january w/ subsequent stress fx's of rt ribsRib cage pain 8-10. CT showed rul spn approx 5mm. Recommended follow up CT in 3 mo. Referred to heme/onc Feb for leukocytosis, anemia and thrombocytosis. Initially dx'd w/ CML with BCR/ABL confirmed. Subsequent testing has not shown BCR/ABL but no iron stores. Taking iron supplement w/ resolution of all cbc abnormalities. Follow up CT w/ contrast shows 2 pulmonary nodules rul now -4mm and 8mm. I asked hem/onc if they were spiculated, lobulated, smooth, or calcified. Her response was that they are too small to tell and the radiologist failed to obtain previous CT for comparison. My question is if it is possible to note these characteristics at these sizes and if I should be concerned about the appearance of a second pulmonary nodule?
