4 y/o daughter vomiting mucus in mornings

My daughter vomits clear mucus almost every morning.  It is a cycle that we have been going through for a year now.  She does not normally display a runny nose, but vomits clear mucus.  If it goes untreated for about two weeks, it turns into infection and requires antibiotics.  After the anitibiotics clears the infection, it starts all over again.
What we have done is Allergy treatment.  The Dr. gave her the skin test and said she was allergic to Dust Mites.  We live in a house with Hard wood floors and central H/C.  I installed HEPA filters, clean very well, put a protector on her matress & pillow and wash her bedding in hot water every week.  She has a humidifier in her room at night.  None of this helped.  She was prescribed several(I think All) medications for allergies, with no help.
I went to an ENT and had her tonsils and adnoids removed.  prior to the removal she had dark spots under her eyes.  two days after the surgury the spots turned red, like fresh blood was flowing through, then disappeared.  About two weeks later they started turning dark again.  Now a month after the surgury, she is no better.  WHAT DO I DO NOW, PLEASE HELP!

A common problem that can be the cause or associated with what you are describing is a sinus infection.  I would suggest getting a CT of the sinuses to see if this is the cause of these problems and go from there.
