A Solution throat clearing and sinus

by msblessed, Jun 11, 2008 11:07PM
A lot of people on this site has almost the same symptoms.  The constant throat clearing, coughing and etc.  My doctor gave me a great solution and it seems to be working.  He told me to get 2 bricks and put both at the head of my bed. Put one brick under each best post only at the head of your bed.  This elevates your body in a slant at night.  Raising your head by pillows and so on will not help.  When you sleep in a slanted bed then the body is not leveled so it is impossible for the mucous to travel back up into the throat.  This why if you notice in a hospital bed you can always adjust the head of it. The bricks make your bed simular to a hospital bed.  Your bricks must be atleast 2 inches high each of them. I hope this helps.
