about 18 months ago I went to a birthday party. After coming home the same night (late at night) I woke up next day with a

Herpes labialis (oral herpes simplex)

Malaria
Rheumatic fever
Scarlet fever. After a couple of hours it got worse since I was having extreme chest pains while breathing, moving, walking etc..

I was sent to a specialist where the following tests were done:
X-Rays
Cat Scan

Throat swab culture to view my lungs (can't remember the test name)
The X-Ray showed an area on my left lung (fluid as the doctor explained). AFter all the tests above, his answer was; "I don't know what's wrong with you". I still have the chest pains until today. Some days worse, some better. I basically only notice it when taking deep

Breath holding spell
Breath odor. I can go about my life normally, play sports etc..
However, it is quite disturbing to have those pains. I read some articles on tuberculosis and am wondering if that's a possiblity.
Is there anything else I can do?
I live in Canada and the doctor performing the tests was one covered by our health insurance in a local hospital. Should I go see someone else?
