BLOOD IN MORNING SPUTUM

I AM 47YEARS OLD MALE WORKING IN MINING INDUSTRY.IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS IN HAVE BEEN NOTICING BLOOD IN MY SPUTUM ONLY IN THE MORNING.THAT TOO BEFORE BRUSHING TEETH.ALL THROUGH THE DAY I WILL NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEM .AFTER THE OVERNIGHT SLEEP I FIND THIS PROBLEM.MY CHEST X-RAY IS CLEAR NO INFECTION OF TUBERCULOSIS IS NOTICED. I HAVE REPORTED TO ALL MY DOCTORS.GENERAL PHYSICIAN,DENTISR AND ENT.TILL DATE THE PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN DIAGONISED. KINDLY GUIDE ME FOR THE FURTHER COURSE OF ACTION.
