I saw that several people noted what I experienced last night - tremendous back pain and trouble breathing. The pain was so severe it woke me up in the middle of the night, and it took almost 10 minutes of being vertical before I could draw a deep breathBreath alcohol test Breath holding spell Breath odor again.
I'm so frustrated with doctors because this seems so obvious to me. My skeleton literally felt out of whack. I think it's the mattress. I have a pillow-top mattress and noted others with this issue in some cases mentioned the same. I think my body is literally sinking out of alignment, and that's why the pain goes away when I get up and move about.
Why do doctors only check x-rays and try to give you muscle relaxants? Why can't doctors examine your alignment? I've never been to a chiropracter and never wanted to before, but it's just ridiculous because I can literally feel that's exactly what has happened - some alignment issue. I'm terrified to go to a chiro for fearFears and phobias they'll just rip me off. But why can't a trained doctor figure this out? It just bothers me.
If any of you have similar back pain and trouble breathing - please let me know if you are also sleeping on a pillow-top mattress. I really do think that may be the culprit.
the culprit might be in your past incidents, did you have a car accident, or fall off the ground suddenly or slip your footAthlete's foot Athlete's foot, tinea pedis Clubfoot Clubfoot deformity Clubfoot repair Clubfoot repair - series Diabetes foot care Diabetic blood circulation in foot Diabetic foot care Erythema toxicum on the foot Foot pain and fall into a ditch. All these might be a reason to move your spinal cord out of alignment and cause you hipsHip joint replacement Hip pain, vertebra and ribsRib cage pain unbalanced, it will give you equal pains in two different sides of your bodies, just like a neck pain in your right side and at the same time knee or leg pain in your left side, after some times it moves to some other parts of your body. Actually this is my story, now for me it has reached to my chest, I have shooting pain in my mid back while sleeping, get up and gasp for breath while having to curve my mid back upward to make my diaphragm get down and make room for deep inhale and exhale.
I know what is my problem but unfortunately I have not been able to find suitable doctor who can understand and believe that I am not creating stories about my pain, so they just send me for physiotherapy. I went to chiropractic but could not get a good result. I just need a good advice of an expert physician who would tell me shall I stick to exercises and this is the only treatment or there can be some good doctors who know how to fix the placement of hips, ribs and vertebra? I don't know which type of doctor I have to refer now. if someone knows tell me please.
