Baked Chicken/SHORTNESS OF BREATH/TIGHT NESS IN CHEST.

I am a 30 year old healthy male who excersises pretty frequently.I have tightness in my chest, hard breathing and when I yawn or inhale deeply I feel my body feeling moving slowly as I blow out my nose after I take a big inhale and break through my nose and I can feel like muscles moving slow to ho back into play. One day while i was home eating some baked chicken with barbeque sauce I noticed inside my chest was Starting to feel dry and I began and to cough.I thought it was just me being sick so I drunk a gallon of water but still it was there and the nightmare began.I woke up the next day hoping it was gone and no it wasn't.I had tightness in my left chest, difficulty breathing and feeling dizzy.I managed through for 4 days while drink water heavily but I began panicking and couldn't breathe so I called 911.the doctors checked through exrays, sonogram, took blood and couldn't find anything, I was given a shot and some ibprohen then within 5 minutes everything went back to normal until I left within 1 hour it returned again and I went back many times and same result until I was prescribed some Indomethician which they claim could lower inflammation that I probably have in the chest inflammation in the bone area and got another shot and took 2 indomtakingan pills I was fine until I got outside and it returned,so I took them for 3 weeks and it went away only to return.its been four months and now I'm takingtaking sertraline for hypertension which worked but doesn't have any effect any longer and I need some help.
