Biapical Fibrosis

I had my CXR last October 27, 2009 and got the result early this morning.. Remarks/Findings says Biapical Fibrosis. I haven't had my follow-up check-up with my doctor but I want to know what BIAPICAL FIBROSIS means. Is it contagious because i have a daughter who lives with me. Will i still be able to work and still migrate to US having such diagnosis? i was diagnosed with minimal PTB last October 2007 and finished my 6-month medication. Please help me... I appreciate your help on the said matter at the soonest possible time.
