My doctor prescribed Biaxin XL for a sinus infection. He said to take it 2 times a day. I noticed on the internet that it said to take both tablets once a day. Is it okay to take them twice a day?

Yes, that is fine. Studies have shown Biaxin can be taken either way depending on the situation.
