Black Phlegm

Hello,

From day before yesterday (October 5, 2011) morning I am coughing up Dark Black Phlegm. This is the first time I am having it. I am non smoker. I have some Respiratory Disorders like asthma and sinusitis. I am suffering from both of them from long ago and taking medicine for both of them and I am alright. But after Black Phlegm I am really tensed. Can you please tell me why is this happening? Should I see a doctor? Is it a matter of tension?
