Black Spots in Mucus

Hello , I have bad drainage of mucus daily and through the night . It often chokes me or comes up when I am in conversation , The mucus has black spots in it . What does this mean? The drainage is so bad I throw up about every morning and it's yellowish green .

Black spots could be soot, mold, or more likely, blood.  This could be a simply be a result of a sinus infection, which is indicated by the yellow-green mucus.  You should go visit an ENT and make sure it's nothing more serious than a sinus infection.  If it is an infection, and antibiotics don't work, a Sinus Flush will.

The Flip-Turn Sinus Flush is mildly risky, because you have to bend over to do it, preferably in a shower, but you can also do it outside on soft ground.
