Sounds like anouther case of sinusitus thats moved down into the lungs... if your spitting up mucus streaked with blood that means you have tiny capillaries that have ruptured in the esophagus or lungs which could signal walking pnemonia (pneumonia) or severe broncitus.... Id just suggeset a trip to the ER or your doctor if you can get in within the next 24 hours, but I wouldnt wait any longer than that because the line between bad and deadly can be thin. Go see your doctor or ER ..
