Blood pressure and pulmonary hypertension

My blood pressure skyrockets when I walk around any my body starts feeling very very heavy after prolonged standing or walking, especially the "lower number" BP # gets high could this be related to pulmonary hypertension  or is there something else my doctor should look for?

The blood pressure you refer to has nothing to do with pulmonary hypertension.  You should ask your doctor for a portable, home blood pressure measuring device.  Then medicine can be prescribed to stabilize your blood pressure in the normal range.
