Blood trace in saliva, and light headedness,

I'm experiencing blood in my spit in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon, i get light headed in the afternoon, i have sleep apnea and i wear a mask when i sleep. this has been occuring for three weeks now. i'm scheduled to see my ENT doctor, i already saw my general doctor and had blood work done, nothing was found. I was asked to get xray but have missed my appointment. Help me out here.
