Bloody Yellow Mucus when Blowing Nose?

I have had a cold for about 2 1/2 - 3 wks now.  Just today, when I was blowing my nose, I started to blow out Bright Yellow, Bloody Mucus.  Should I be conserned???

Yes, you should be concerned, primarily because the usual simple cold does not last, and then show signs of worsening, for 3 weeks.  What you describe suggests that you may have a bacterial sinusitis and, if you do, that should be definitely treated with an antibiotic.

Good luck.
