So about 7 months ago I started to do meditation focusing on my breathing. After a month I got used to being aware of my breathing and now whenever I don't control it , it just doesn't work by itself. I need to make a conscious effort to breathe every single moment that I'm awake. When I go to sleep it stops but as soon as I wake up I stop breathing
I've had sleep paralysis and observed how my breathing worked without any effort but when I come out of it, It seems that I have to control it for it to work
