Bronchiectasis and rib/diaphragm pain
I have brochiectasis and have been having cramping pain at bottom of rib cage.  Sometimes righ side, sometimes left side.  Could the pain be connected to the bronchiectsis?

The pain could be related to the bronchiectasis but that be assumed, either by your or your doctor.  It would be wise to proceed with evaluation to rule out other causes of such pain.  Pain in that location could be musculoskeletal or caused by an abdominal  problem.

Good luck
