Bronchitis not going away

I have been sick for a month. It started out as sinusitis like problems, then 3 weeks later, I became very ill with chest pain, productive coughing, fever, headache, and some abdominal pain. I went to the doctor two days ago, and he said I have Bronchitis. He put me on Arythomicin and a cough medicine. Tonight I am still running fever, and have body aches and pains. Is this normal? Should I go back in tomorrow? I am not a smoker, and have never had Bronchitis before.
