Bronchitis or Pneumonia

Raking leaves and cleaning ashes out of fireplace started me coughing five days ago. Now lots of coughing with Phelum(clear and some yellow) and noisey wheezing day(mostly in evening) and night. Chest cavity now sore from coughing. Had pneumonia in both lungs in 02-06. No problems since of any kind. Condition is not getting better. No fever now. Yesterday afternoon fever was 99 degrees. Before I had Pneumonia in 2006... off and on I had Bronchitis which acted the same and persisted for two weeks at a time. What do I need?
