Broncieactasis

I have broncieactasis, dx about 15 years ago, in the last 2 years it has gotten worse I have infectious bouts about once a month and now I have so much mucus just all the time I am spitting up. when I get up in the morning it starts from the time i get up till the time I get to work then I spit in a tissue most of the day, let me tell you this is getting real annoying.  When i have the worst time,  I get so sick, I get flu like symtoms, very tired, pain in my chest and mucus, so much mucus it is different colors green or yellow just yuk.  I used to have this problem just once or twice a year now it is more frequent.  I am just so concerned.  I have gone to two different pulmonoogist.  I wuld like to find a specialist who specializes in this disorder.  The Dr's I have  just want to put me on inhailors which I don't feel are helping me at all.  I have had cxr's done and there is always an infiltration in my right lung which my PCP said that was chronic, it has been in the same spot for years  I have taken antibiotics which help for the moment but then after a couple of weeks I am back to feeling the same way.  I live north of St Louis MO is there anyone who can refer me to a Dr who specializes in the disorder.....  My one Dr said I could possibly get a lobectomy, cut away the bad part to my lung.  What does anyone think of that, I am just about game for anything at this time....
