Ruptured eardrum
Tracheal/bronchial rupture of a small blood vessel, or a musculoskeletal pain that involves muscle, cartilage or tendon. At your age the odds are very high in your favor, that this is an inconsequential pain that will spontaneously resolve. Pain when you touch a part of your body is called tenderness. Tenderness is what one would expect with any of the possible causes listed above. Pain is a hurting without tenderness to touch.
This sounds like one of those not well explained pains that can occur at any age and are called "shooting pains", but these are not usually accompanied by tenderness. Bottom line is that this is probably a benign pain, but if it persists or you have any other symptoms such as shortness of breath you should see a doctor.
