Burning sensation from lungs??

I don't know where to start...I am 27 years old...I have smoked for about 8-9 years. I was diagnosed with chronic bronchitis, but it makes no sense to me cuz I never had the normal symptoms of chronic bronchitis that would last for 2 months or more...and I usually only got bronchitits once or twice a year. Also, I had two pulmonary function tests done each a year apart...they were all within normal range, and there was no change in them from one year to the next. I have this strange burning sensation in my chest area, and I also feel it in my back....I noticed that it mostly went away when I was taking prevacid...but it just doesn't feel like normal heartburn....could it be possible that this is being caused by reflux?? Also, I have been feeling so fatigued and weak lately....and I just wanna sleep all the time...and it's made me short of breath for about a year and a half now...any idea if this is a lung disorder or possibly reflux?? Please somebody help me...I am terrified.

i get burning in the nose when i exhale and i believe its from sumthing in the lungs. my nose will also start to drip watery mucus. i have serious shortness of breath. i think i may have smoked something laced with pesticide or something. i have no idea how to get back to normal. and getting a doc to listen to me is impossible without them thinking im a nutcase.
