CT Scan

On a CT Scan it showed a 4mm spot on my upper left lung. My doctor said it wasn't anything to be concerned about. Should I see a Pulmonary specialist? I have been having episodes of coughing and am taking Singular. I have had two episodes,,each lasting several weeks and my family says I breathe heavy.
