CT scan with large lung nodules, fever, non-smoker

CT scan showed large lung nodules on both lungs. Have been having spiking high fever, night sweats, cough with some brown, slightly blood-tinged sputum, fatigue for about 3 weeks. Bronchoscopy results not back yet after a week. TB test appears negative. Considering fungal infection as cause??? Are there any specific types of fungal or other infections that fit these symptoms? If so, what is the prognosis, treatment, etc?

This discussion is related to multiple lung nodules.
