Cat Scan ???

I posted about my chest xray that a nodule was found in my lung. I posted a commit under the post which you probably missed.

My rusults were: clear lungs without any noudles or other problems.Left adrenal gland size is maintained with upper normal value probably related to hyperplasia or adenoma/ The posterior  right mid thorax demonstrates degenerative, calified hypertrophic spurring, frontal view, lower aspect og the right helum vascularity accounts for chest xray

The normal CT Scan is reassuring and rules out the diagnosis of a lung nodule.  Sometimes an overlapping of shadows can give the appearance of a nodule on a routine chest X-ray.  
The questionable enlargement of your left adrenal gland requires follow-up.   You should review this with your doctor.

I posted to quickly. My Drs. office called and said my scan was fine. but what do these findings suggest and do I need more evaluation.
