Chest X-Ray

Can someone tell me what this statement means and what concerns I should have.  A few Calcified Granulomas are present.    All other parts of the X-Ray are normal. Also had a chest X-ray in April and this was not noted but broncatis was (differant Hospitals)  Only symtoms is minor chest pain sometimes also have had a total heart work-up everthing ok there, Have been tired and aches and pains for about 7 mos. now  (Sarcoidosis) ????     All blood work is good to go.

Calcified Granulomas are inflammatory nodules usually found in the lungs, but could be present in other organs as well.  It is possible that you could have no symptoms from these nodules.
