Chronic Cough

I know I have a food allergy to yellow dye and mild allergy to wheat. But here's the problem lately, I have a chronic cough that keeps me up at night and is annoying in crowds. I hate smelling food, it makes me nauseated, I am coughing up thick clear,foamy phlegm. There is a bark to the cough now it's so bad my rib-cage is sore. It goes away for a couple of weeks and comes back. I'm up to 12 weeks this time. I'm craving sugar too.
