Clicking Pneumothorax

I recently had x-rays to determine if I had pneumothorax or not and everything came back normal. Whenever I do any small amount of exercise I start hearing the 'clicking' sound that you normally hear with clicking pneumothorax. It really does sound like a clock is inside of my chest! Since the x-rays showed it's not pneumothorax then what could be causing this 'clicking' sound? It is very uncomfortable, loud, and have been easily fatigued lately.

I know this is like 6 months after your post and hopefully if your lung was collapsed you have been able to do something about it by now...but I have had pneumothoraces that only show up on lung CTs, not chest x-rays.
