Consolidation of lung after pneumococcal pneumonia

i have been suffering from pneumococcal pneumonia since a month where i have been in hospital for 3 weeks now on antiobiotic intravenous injection. first it was pencillin iv for 10 days then after that i was given cefrataxone iv for 20 days then taicoplanin for 14 days iv. inspite of that my fever is persisting and i hv been discharged with the advise to take augmenten tablet 650 mg 3 a day since last two days. there has been no improvement in fever where i need to take parcetamol on regular basis. please suggest any solution after going thru the email.
