Constantly clearing throat

For about 1 month it seems that I alway have to clear my throat, it is not alot but its getting to the point where it is statrting to make my voice raspy. I cant bring up any phlegm its just enough to clear and then i swallow it.

There are several reasons for this to occur.  The most likely ones are allergy and a drainage coming from your sinuses. If this is a relatively minor problem, there are several medications that can help with this, including antihistamines and nasal steroids. If this is an infection, it may respond to an antibiotic.  You probably need to see your doctor to determine the cause and the next steps.

That could be a sign of GERD.  I too had noticed I was "clearing" my throat alot.

gargle with warm salted water deep in the throat and the mouth to kill the bacteria.
drink it to cleanse the system and kill the bacteria along the way.
drink a bag of green tea after that and refill every hour till the same bag is completely used up.
check & documant symtoms before & after. tell yourself how is it.
