Constantly yawning except when lying down

Hi everyone, not sure if I'm under the right topic, seeing that I have no idea for the reason behind my issue. I am a 44 year old female...About 6 months ago, I fainted, the hospital diagnosed me with vasogaular syncope. All was well until March, I fainted again. A tilt table test was positive, and it was also found that I have a lower heart rate, around 50.  I am on lisinopril, 20 mg, for blood pressure, I have adrenal surges and the medicine keeps me from spiking, and have been on the same medicine for about 6 years now. I have been seeing an EP, who has performed a 30 day heart monitor test, ECHO, and stress test, all came back OK he said. Throughout the last 2 months I have had bouts with constant yawning, for it to subside on it's own after a day. 6 days ago if began, and hasn't let up, I have this feeling in my chest that I need to yawn, and many times cannot complete my yawn. If I do, it starts back up again. The only time I have relief is when I'm sleeping, or, I can at least say I am not woken up by it, so I'm assuming it isn't happening. Upon wakening, about 10 minutes later, it starts. I was in emergency yesterday, the did a MRI/MRA to make sure it wasn't neurological in nature, they said it came back normal and gave me a prescription for the inhaler Combvient. It hasn't helped at all, and the side effect (racing heart) is adding to the issue. I have a follow up in 2 weeks, but just getting thru a day is torture. I cannot do anything. I have read all the posts here, but haven't found anything regarding why it doesn't happen once I'm lying down, and wondered if this held a possible clue. Any help is appreciated, I have an 11 year old daughter, and my quality of life right now stops me from doing things with her.

These pranayam will help you. Do the anulom vilom first for 20 minutes, twice a day to help to regulate your heart and balance both nostrils. After 7 days, do all the pranayam. Do not stop before 30 weeks, as the benefits are gradual. Let me have your feedback, when you notice some benefit. You may continue the pranayam for life, to stay healthy.
Build up your timing gradually. If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after one minute.
Kapalbhati pranayam -(Do it before eating) Push air forcefully out through the nose about once per second. Stomach will itself go in(contract in). The breathing in(through the nose) will happen automatically. Establish a rhythm and do for 20 to 30 minutes twice a day. Children under 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
Not for pregnant women. Seriously ill people do it gently.
Anulom Vilom pranayam –
Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through left nostril
then – close left nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril
then -keeping the left nostril closed  deep breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through left nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 15 to 30  minutes twice a day.
Children under 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed.Remember to take deep long breaths into the lungs. You can do this while sitting on floor or chair or lying in bed.

Bhramri Pranayam -Close eyes. Close ears with thumb, index finger on forehead, and rest three fingers on base of nose touching eyes. Breathe in through nose. And now breathe out through nose while humming like a bee.
Duration : 5 to 21  times.
