DIPNECH

I have been given the diag. of Diffuse Idiopathic Pulmonary Neuroendocrine hyperplasia or DIPNECH, with the Interstitual lung and constrictive bronchiolitis. Can you give me any information or web sites that would help me learn more about these diseases? I know it's very rare. Does the drug Octreotide help with the disease and how?

I have been trying to get an answer about water on the lung. I went to my heart doctor and was referred to pulmonary doctor. I am very scared and I am trying to find some answers.
