Diapharam Spasms

I have been having severe muscle spasms in my diapharam. The muscles get ridged and stay that way for a long time.
I have been to ER twice. I spent 4days in a hospital and underwent a heart catheterization. Nothing was wrong with my heart. This happens 3 or 4 times a week. Could this happen to my heart muscle ? I have been given flexeral and
valium 5mg. These help but I do not want to become addicted. Can you help me to know what tests I should have ?
