The breathing difficulties only occur when I am running. I can not seem to inhale it is all exhaling. I take my asthma medicine everyday and before I run. I will stop running and walk until I can finally take a deep

Breath odor. I moved a year ago where the altitude is 4200...would that be the cause and if so what can I do to minimize or eliminate the problem.
The being bloated is like someone has hooked me up to an air pump. This can happen even without eating. I can go to sleep bloated and wake up bloated. The bloating causes discomfort and the need to buy bigger clothes.
If I could get suggestions or recommendations I would really appreciate it.
