Difficulty to breath fully due to pest control

I am 20 years of age.. 3 days ago i had pest control done at my place.Throughout the act i had a handkerchief wrapped around my mouth and nose. But i was at my home where the pest control took place for about an hour. Then after 1 day i realized that i wasn't able to breath fully upto full extension of my lungs. It is still feeling that way as if my breath is not full like before i exercise and job regularly and i dont have any problems related to asthama.. Please help what could be reason for this? And what do i do for getting normal again? Thank you
