Do I have a sinus/respiratory infection?

Here is the problem description-

1. After I sneeze there is a very very pungent odor in the air. I can smell it and people around me also can. It is very embarrassing.
2. Even after brushing Virija says that my breath smells bad.
3. My nose gets blocked easily. I have  deviated septum and the left nostril is almost blocked. But when breathing any one side(not necessarily the left side) is blocked. It is not always the same side. The blocking worsens if I blow my nose. If I relax and take a warm bath I will be able to breath through both nostrils. My strong feeling is that since the septum is deviated the opening are small and they get blocked easily when the blood vessels in my nose become swollen due to irritants or blowing. I want to make a point here. My nose gets blocked my stuff in my nose and also due to swollen blood vessels. Blowing removes the stuff in my nose but irritates my nose and the blood vessels become swollen. So there will still be blockage in my nose and hence not much relief.
4. I feel that there is some very light phlegm at the back of my throat *always* and I keep clearing my throat and swallowing the phlegm every 5-10 mins. Also at that time I have an urge to take a sharp breath and swallow something done by throat, most prbably it is something coming from the back of nose.
5. I do have a pressure feeling in my head, but I don't know if it is due to tension head ache or sinus infection. I don't have a pain when the doctor presses my sinus points though.Once I went to an ENT here. That guy pressed my face and asked if there is any pain. I never have pain when the press. So he dismisses me and says he doesn't know what the problem is.
6. I get tired easily. I just have a feeling that if I can breath more I will be more energetic.

Will an ENT doctor be able to cure these problems? How much time will it take? Should I get my deviated septum operated? Will yoga help?

Agree with irenak, sounds a lot like you have a chronic sinus infection in your upper sinuses, with post-nasal drip.  I'd recommend going to a different ENT, getting a CAT, and see if there's some kind of blockage causing the chronic.

If that's the case, and treatment doesn't work, a Sinus Flush probably will. Actually, it will probably work better than antibiotics, but like I said, you could have something else going on like polyps or cysts.

The Flip-Turn Sinus Flush is mildly risky, because you have to bend over to do it, preferably in a shower, but you can also do it outside on soft ground, or you can kneel down and lean over a bathtub with the shower running.

You may have a mild enough infection in your upper sinuses to not inflict pain on pressure. Sinusitis is common with a deviated septum. The inflammation will cause a lot of your problems.  I highly recommend a certified homeopath.  They can help you so the problem does not become chronic.
