Do i have asthma?

Hi, i am 16years old. Recently, i've always been feeling dizzy after exercise. Even the exercise wasnt a tired one or even after i keep walking around for some time, once i stop i'll feel very dizzy and feels like almost fainting. At the same time, i'll feel very weak and short of breath. And my body temperature will get very low. Since i'm a athlete in school, I always have training. Always feel very sick after dat, especially when i sit down. I remember there was few times i almost fainted during training cos short of breath. At night, i always cough and somtimes even feel like vomiting when coughing. There was once i felt so short of breath all of a sudden at night and felt like almost faint. Somtimes when i lie down on the bed at night trying to slp, i'll feel hard to breath as though something is blocking. I'll have to sit up to feel better. Is there any problem with me? I am really very worry about it. I hope to get help.

There are a number of causes of dizziness after exercise.  It could be an abnormal heart rate or rhythm, anemia due to too few red blood cells, asthma with exercise induced spasm of the bronchial tubes, hyperventilation or over-breathing, low blood sugar.  You will need to have an exercise test with monitoring of your heart and lung function.  The doctor supervising the test should then be able to tell you what is wrong.  Once the cause is found and treated, you should do just fine.

By the way, I'm not trying to scare you, given your age it's really unlikely to be serious, but given how easy it is to make sure, you should see a doctor SOON

You need to see your doctor or go to an emergency room and tell them what is happening to you.   You need to make sure that it's not a heart problem causing this.  It should be pretty quick and painless for them to make sure it's not your heart, then you can move on to look for less serious causes.
