Dry mouth and mucus after eating

I had jaw reconstruct about 3 yrs ago and last year I had chemo and radiation near bottom jaw and it make my esophagus narrow. i had dilated 4 times and now I can drink only blended food. When I drink food I got mucus in my nose and I have to cough, also with mucus from nose i am getting foof particles. i am taking Pilocarpine or salagen for saliva.I can not eat food directly so still I need to dilate or opepn up esopagus more. i dont know what to do or i have to live like that.
