Fever measurement
Hi everybody. My son is 3 year old. He is getting repeated fever every month.  We use a digital thermometer to measure the fever.  We measure axillary temperature (temperature under the armpit). We use the Fahrenheit scale.  We have seen that there is 1 Fahrenheit difference between the temperature under the right armpit and left armpit.  For example, when the left armpit temperature is 100.4 Fahrenheit, the right armpit temperature is 99.4 Fahrenheit.  Can somebody explain this difference?  What does this indicate?  Thanks a lot.
