Fluid Filled Cyst In Maxillary Right Sinus

Last week I had a CT Scan and was diagnosed w/having a fluid-filled cyst in my right maxillary sinuses.  I have a hard nodular area in the bone on the right side over my canine premolar teeth area.  I have pain in my ear and over my eyebrows, just generalized constant pressure.  I had a sinus infection 2 mos. ago.  But, I noticed the nodular area  in August.  Could this be cancerous?  They're supposed to remove it in a couple of weeks.
